Our Services

  • Conflict in relationships can happen for many reasons. What's often universal is how quickly relationships can get stuck in that loop of conflict. In-focus specializes in identifying and disrupting these conflict loops and helping your relationship get back on track.

  • Whether you’re in the toddler or teenage years, parenting (and maintaining a connection with your partner while parenting) is tough! There may not be a guidebook to parenting, but you don't have to navigate it alone. We utilize systemic, attachment, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy models to assist in creating secure family systems.

  • One of the most streamlined avenues to create change in a family system is through family therapy. Our therapists have specialized training in reducing conflict and improving communication within a family. 

  • Whether you are dating, planning a wedding, growing your family, struggling with infidelity, seeing your children off to college, or experiencing loss in your family, life transitions can be challenging. We’re here to help make those transitions a little easier.

  • While it may feel like an impossible task, it is possible to recover from an affair. A key factor that is often needed is to seek the help of a skilled couples therapist. We are passionate about helping couples recover from relationship injuries.

  • A therapy treatment that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. It utilizes both talk therapy and bilateral eye movements to help the brain adapt and heal from traumatic events.
